On Tuesday April 23, 2013 students from grades 5 and 6 competed in the Christian Schools Junior Basketball Tournament. Despite a very short practice season, both the girls and boys teams thoroughly enjoyed their day, and performed amazingly. Proper positions and game plays were especially evident throughout the games. Mr. te Bokkel and Mrs. Mehta were coaches for the junior girls, and Mr. Bethel and Mr. Webster were coaches for the junior boys. Many thanks go to the coaches for a wonderful job in working with all the different ability levels of the kids, for their compassion for the students, and for their passion for the game of basketball!
